Up for a Ninja Knitting adventure?

"Hank & Purl's Creative Nook and Knittery" is offering classes for students age 12 and up with a desire to learn to knit. Even if you know the basics but still want to become a Ninja Knitter to create some fun projects together here is your opportunity.

Teenage Ninja Knitters Group will meet Thursdays 10am to Noon. This is an ongoing group with two "initiation" projects that must be completed prior to choosing your next projects. The first project is a felted bag. The next is a twisted rib watch cap. Each month will have new concepts or patterns so that the Ninja Knitters can continue to hone their skills.

The Perspective of Love is a film entirely created -- from story to screenplay to shoot to screen -- by students from the Rochester area, including many Words Players' students. Through the course of 2011, Landon Brands and Nate DeBoer co-directed and produced this fifteen minute narrative featuring a cast led by Tristan Miller and Ilana Henckel.
